MEDIUM TO ULTRA DARK - For medium to ultra dark results rinse after:

1 Hour Medium, 2 Hour Dark, 3 Hour Ultra Dark

EXTREME DARK - Extremely dark results will start to develop from 1 hour.

Leave on for up to 3 hours for the deepest tan possible.
