Can I cancel my order?
Azure Tan ZA aims to ship all orders within 1 business day from receiving the order, therefore no changes can be made after you have placed your order. All cancellation requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation if possible.
All emails regarding cancellations must be titled ‘Cancel Order’ in the Subject field of the email along with your order number. Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 10% handling fee.
Can I return my order and exchange or refund?
Azure Tan ZA accepts returns, exchanges and refunds for change-of-mind purchases provided that the return request is submitted within 14 days of the original order date.
To qualify for a return, exchange or refund, products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused and in a resellable condition. No refund, exchange or store credit will be issued for products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are otherwise deemed unsellable upon inspection.
To initiate a return, please contact info@azuretan.co.za. All shipping and courier costs associated with change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any refund due.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected by our warehouse team, the applicable refund or exchange will be processed. If the product is found to be unsellable, no refund will be issued and the customer will be required to arrange collection of the product or pay for it to be returned to them.
If the product purchased is defective or you believe it is not as advertised, please email info@azuretan.co.za before returning the product and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact info@azuretan.co.za within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the damaged parcel and product, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
Azure Tan ZA endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).
Azure Tan ZA reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Should Azure Tan ZA reduce its price on any shipped products within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund, you must contact us within 14 days of shipment.
Credit Card
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online under the “Your Account section” available for use whenever you’re ready! Sorry for the inconvenience.
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Bali Body Africa as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.
